I've had a great experience! My order arrived in 3 days (I'm in the US), and it's great quality, exactly as the photos showed - I love my lashes and was not disappointed!

Somewhere in between. They do supply a product but it is nowhere near similar to their advertisements. They just have a really successful Facebook presence and that is it!
