As mentioned in my review, nearly impossible. Phone no-go, emails bounce, message portal nonexistent on normal browser, only visible on mobile, and when you do reach them, insulting and unhelpful.

Usually order from Amazon. This place had a slightly better price and honestly I wanted to give some business to a smaller outfit.
