If I have a rating of 90, will I be able to get jobs on Speechpad?

Answer:
You must maintain a rating of 92 or higher to access jobs. Please email us at worker@speechpad.com and we'll be happy to look at your profile.

Question:

Hi I have been doing files for like two months now. My rating is always above 98%. However the files take a tad too long to be reviewed. I was wondering how much longer i have to wait before my request to be a reviewer can be granted? I feel i'm already qualified and no feedback yet

Answer:
Hi Anne! It typically takes 3-4 days for files to be reviewed and sent to the customer, based on their TAT request. It can take up to 7 days, however. If you will email me at worker@speechpad.com, I will be happy to look at your profile and see if you're qualified for the reviewer position and rush job position. Thanks!

Hi. I'm pretty sure that I failed the transcription test. That was a year ago and I now have more experience transcribing. Can I retake the test?

Hi Sherry, please check back in about 6 months. We're at capacity right now.

What kind of videos will we watch?

How do most people transcribe? Only listening and typing, using a certain app, using a pedal???

Answer:
You can use hotkeys or use a foot pedal with our software, found on the worker page, or with Express Scribe.

Do you send reviews i would like to know the errors i had on my audio test

Answer:
Also, to view the results of your tests, click on Qualifications and click on the test you took. If it does not bring you directly to the corrections, scroll down and there should be a link that says "Show Results."

I took the basic qualification test and scored a 93. Is there anyway I can retake the test so that I can have a better chance of finding work?

I was immediately blocked from the site after taking the transcription test. How do I find out why? And will I ever be able to re-try?
