Our steak meat had leaked substantially in the box upon arrival. Is the meat still good?

I have had an occasional shipping issue. I always smell the meat in situations like this and take photos of the issue, before contacting Sunbasket. They have responded to my great satisfaction every time- which has been Maybe twice.
