Is it common to send in books and this company say they are damaged or counterfeit?

Wanted to purchase some books, but when I checked reviews found lots of negatives aginst textbookrush and now I am torn apart not sure if I should go ahead or not. Are thes books marked on and what is the return policy?

Answer:
My main complaint with this company is that they agreed to take my returns/trade-ins that were brand new books, but then later they said the (new!) books were unacceptable and refused to say why. They sent them back to me and I sold them to another company, who gave me no trouble or shady answers. I would suggest Amazon student- they deliver exactly what that say, and are fair about returns and trade-ins.
