Fees are an annual membership for both homeowner and pet sitters (approx $120). With thousands of members, I've not had any problem finding a sitter.

Hi Jim, when house sitting it is expected that you will take care of your own cooking, etc. You will have full use of the homeowners kitchen facilities.

You'll be able to read reviews of the sitters on their profiles. If there isn't anything showing, then this indicates that the sitter doesn't have any reviews just yet.
