If this Shirt doesn't fit and I get my money back ?

Answer:

If you order on-line it is very difficult. If you are not in a city that has a storefront location then don't risk it.

Question:

no questions....I saw the tv commercial, liked the concept, went to the website , and thought WOW..80 to 100 for a casual shirt. I'll pass

Why have you ignored the middle class and catered to upper and upper middle class? Because only they are the ones who might see value in $100 shirts?

Answer:

The quality of the shirts is below average for the cost. The black and dark blue faded significantly after a few trips to the dry cleaners. However printed shirt still look good after a couple of years.

I would be buying this as a gift. Can it be returned?

Answer:

The return process is not customer oriented. You have to stay all over them for a response. Don't recommend ordering on-line.

why so expensive?

Answer:

Greed. These shirts are made in foreign countries where the people who make the shirts are paid probably paid subsistence wages allowing them to eat a single bowl of rice per day with an added fishhead once a week. Do you think these poor, underpaid people care about making your shirt? Trust me, they don'-t.
