Yes, why can't I get a rep to call me back regarding an issue with medicare reimbursement?

I am trying to get repair services in North Texas for my new stair lift I bought from them this spring. Their mail box is always full. Good luck.

I found their customer service deplorable and I was using a cc. So heaven help you with medicare or insurance. Sorry I have nothing to suggest
