The contacts for War Thunder can be done through a support ticket,, or better yet,, use the forums to post any issue,, there is prompts and lists of most asked questions & issues. I for one havent had any other then an alignment of my cell fone for messaging on double authentification for purchasing, which was quickly addressed, (was my mistake on digits).
