what if midway through the trial we want to change to either soft or luxury firm?

I tried to return the Winkbed firmer mattress and it as a nightmare. They convinced me to pay more to exchange it for a luxury firm mattress instead of the firmer one. But they sent me the firmer mattress again, in the wrong size! I purchased the mattress on Feb 13,2023 and didn't get a refund until April 26,2023. Terrible backpain from the mattresses to boot.

They'll charge you a $49 fee to do that, but beware that they might not make the exchange easy.
