It's really difficult. They don't get back to you for several days unless it's a cut and paste answers. When I finally contacted them they did nothing to help. I was expecting way more, at least the way they spoke and dealt with me.

It is. But they are not helpful, they will just give you the runaround.

It is very easy to get in contact with customer services. Not ever getting anywhere with it though.

I've never had to do this but their website is very clear and easy to navigate.
