I only have 9 files to convert and microsoft had helped me the other night, It told me I had reached the liimit of 5 per day but that was 2 days ago

Hi, the five-file limit with our free service resets after 24 hours, so you'd need to wait 24 hours from when you last uploaded files to our site, to convert more files. If you need any help at all, feel free to email support@zamzar.com, and we'll be happy to help. Thanks, the Zamzar team.
