Hi, with our free service you can convert 5 files per 24 hours. If you want to convert more files than this, you'll need to either wait 24 hours to convert the other files, or sign up for one of our paid accounts (starting at $9 per month). We hope that makes sense. Thanks, the Zamzar team.
