Order placed more than 2 weeks ago - still not received! Zooplus blamed technical difficulties but could not tell me when the order would be delivered. After all this time it appears that the order has still not been passed to their couriers (DPD) and they still cannot tell me when or if I will receive the order. HAVE THEY GONE BUST?
