* Government blames terrorism on 'globalism.' Seed of globalism was the enabling of the corporations in 1819. "Chaos by Design" is to 'protect the industry.' Based on Economic Theory of Diminishing Marginal Returns when "too many cooks in the kitchen.'" Chaos filters & protects- can be adjusted up/down, and without chaos, the system would fail. Not a joke to challenge the system.
