DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Purchased from amazon. 1 speaker didn't work. Paid to send it back. No communication as to why it didn't work. Multiple people looked at it (also who are DJs) switched chords and all trouble shooting.

The main speaker works fabulous. We have used it since we got it and had left the other speaker as we didn't need it till our event which is sunday. Well today we have had several people try it and we can't get it to work at all can someone contact us ASAP.

Line in and line out & yes we tried that as well. And had a DJ who works frequently with speakers come and look at it. He stated the speaker must be bad. How can we resolve this? We still have the packaging.

Then why is it not working? This is ridiculous that we paid for this and paid to ship it back. No communication till after the fact. We will never use you guys and hope people read the review I am about to write for this terrible service.
