I tried to send money/bitcoins out of Blockchain Wallet, but it Never got confirmed, and for the last 8 days it stays Unconfirmed, so I tried to find out how I could put in a Ticket, but Blockchain makes it very difficult to find out how you can put in a Ticket, they hide it, and after many searches in their wallet I finally found a very small link with the word "here", so I clicked here and put in a Ticket, the ticket number is: *******, So after 5 days of waiting for support blockchain did finally respond to my ticket and said there is NOTHING they can do to help me, and they said all I can do is wait to see if my transaction will maybe expire to see if the transaction reverses., for they could at least tried to do an Opt-In RBF or something similar to get my money back, but they chose to do NOTHING, for they Processed this Bad transaction and will not help me which is Horrible, So the Unconfirmed Transaction ID is: 12f1ea16ca651fb41bf*******b*******f104d650f2eda3efcf*******867a612f1ea16ca651fb41bf*******b*******f104d650f2eda3efcf*******867a6
The Blockchain Wallet makes it very Quick to Receive bitcoins in their wallet, but they make is Very Slow to SEND bitcoins out of their wallet, for what they are doing is sending your money/bitcoins The Slowest way possible, The Cheapest way possible, and the Worst way possible, they do this to make more money off you, but they charge you 5% right away for using their Send feature, so I now have $47.00 in bitcoins STUCK in their wallet with NO Movement for 8 days, and they will Not help me get my money back, for this company just does Not care if people lose money using their wallet.
