I picked Boat Airdopes Ace Gen 2 as its new and had all features I needed-long-lasting battery, latency, large drivers. Drivers. Pehle I was doubtful ki actual me bhi hoga sab or its just marketing. But I have been using them for around 5 months and battery lasts long charges in 10 mins hardly and I often edit reels so usme bhi perfect rehta hai audio video sync.
Firstly, the audio quality is very good. I have boat Nirvana ion anc and what happened was that case stopped charging suddenly. I thought bas khatam. My sister recently had a very good customer support experience so I decided to talk once to customer support. They took time but guided me properly to troubleshoot & check. It still did not work so they approved for replacement. 10 days me hi, I got a new pair which is working great.
Got Nirvana Iris for wearing in gym and office and it has help up pretty well. Sound quality is perfect and I like it stays connected to my mobile and laptop at the same time. Convenient while I work and noise cancellation is moderate. I do not get disturbed by anything, even when there is too much noise in the office or road. Overall everything looks more refined than my older boat Airdopes 141 earbuds.
My boat lunar oasis watch froze two times and I was so disappointed because smartwatches usually take long in service. But the customer support team replied quickly and asked basic questions. They directly offered me a replacement as it was still under warranty. I got new watch without any drama. I am using this for 4 months now, checking every few days and everything looks fine till now.

24th October: I received the brand new speaker. Upon unboxing, it was immediately evident that the left speaker was completely non-functional. This was a manufacturing defect present out-of-the-box.
I initiated a replacement request. The unit I received back, while having the left speaker fixed, arrived in a dismantled and physically damaged condition. The product I sent was pristine; the one I received was not.
I immediately contacted your customer care and was provided with a new warranty ticket ( Ticket Number: *******) to repair the damage your service center caused.
After 6-7 days of my complaint, the speaker was collected and sent to your service center.
In a shocking display of incompetence, your service center declined the warranty claim, falsely stating they received a "damaged product." This is an outrageous claim, as the sole reason for this second service request was the damage inflicted during your first "repair."
The speaker was returned to me after two days in the exact same damaged condition, with no resolution whatsoever.
It has now been 20 days since my initial complaint (as of 11th November). I,, am left holding a defective and damaged product that I paid for in good faith. Your team has not only failed to fix the original issue but has actively made the situation worse and now refuses to take responsibility. Really Bad experience with boat i never expected this.
I took the boAt Energyshroom *******mAh power bank on a weekend trip to Jaipur. My phone battery dies fast because I use maps and the camera constantly. This charged my phone twice and even my earbuds once. It was a bit heavy to carry in my purse but I'm glad it didn't heat up even during the afternoon when the weather was very sunny. Battery capacity seems consistent. Not sure how it will hold up after a year, but so far it's been reliable.
I got the boAt Party Pal 63 Pro for weekend hangouts with friends. It is enough for my small terrace and bass is balanced. I don't have to shout over music. The mic is a surprise. We had a mini karaoke session with friends and it worked well. Lights add a little fun and build feels strong.

But the noise cancellation helps to block that sound nicely. They are comfortable for me. I am not very tech-savvy, but the Dolby Atmos makes the music sound gud.

I'm regular runner and have been using boAt Nirvana Ivy Pro for 4 months. They fit well in my ears, sweat-resistant bhi hai, aur sound quality kaafi achhi hai. Noise cancelling is okay, I can zone out while listening to my favourite tracks. There are lots of options to tweak audio in the app, but maine try nahi kiya abhi. Basically it's useful for my running.
I bought the boAt Nirvana Zenith Pro, looking at the battery life claims. I n upsc aspirant and I study for like 8 to 9 hours a day. These earbuds did the job well. I charged it once on Sunday and it lasted till the next weekend. Also noise concellation seems gud in transparency mode, though I haven; t tested it in very noise surrounding.
I bought the boAt Lunar Oasis smartwatch for my mom. At first, it wasn't syncing with her phone properly, the app kept showing "device not found." Bluetooth sometimes lags for a sec., but it's not frequent. The design also seems elegant to me.
I use the boAt Stone Arc Pro while working on my balcony. It's compact but loud enough for me. I once took it on a small family picnic and the battery lasted the afternoon. Sound is clear and bass is punchy, not overblown. Haven't tried connecting two together, but for me. One is enough.
I go to the gym daily and wear boAt Nirvana Crystl earbuds. The noise cancellation reduces background music and people's chatter quite well. I can focus on my workout without distractions and it is sweat-resistant too. One more thing, look wise it's very good. IMO it's useful!
So i Wanted a premium looking smartwatch nd ordered boAt Chrome Horizon after some research online. I got it delivered in 3 days, and the packaging was good. Like I said, my main reason was looks and I'm quite satisfied with the one. Features are also useful like GPS tracking, long-lasting battery, nd aut activity detection. Still not sure about its sweat resistance capacity as I'm not doing any workout right now but looks and features are better than other watches at the same price.
Boat has a worst warranty claiming service i have trying to claim my warranty last to months but I can't Sometimes courier company does the problem sometimes the authorised warranty claim shops does not know how to operate or help the customer
I had a charging issue with my boAt Airdopes which I bought last year. I was worried as I read many mixed reviews and how warranty cases were taking forever, but my experience was the opposite surprisingly. I just followed the warrant claim process on their website which they checked, accepted and then arranged a pickup from my home. In just a week, I had a replacement delivered. Didn't have to run around to service centres at all. I noticed most of the negative reviews were old, because the warranty claim process has improved way more than before in my experience.
Answer: Please don't purchase any product of Boat which is warrenty issue.They are not supported warrenty
