I signed up for Coursive thinking I'd try the 15-day free trial. I canceled during that period — or at least I thought I did. Despite my cancellation, I was charged for three full months. The platform itself is buggy, confusing, and offers little to no value. I never used the app, and yet they refuse to issue a refund, even though the error clearly came from their side. Their customer service hides behind their vague terms and conditions instead of acknowledging the problem or trying to solve it. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but unacceptable. Avoid this app — it's not worth your time, your trust, or your money.
I paid 7 usd for a trial and then a few days later, I am charged 40 usd without knowing. I don't even know why I am charged and they do not give me any response. They only say that it can not be refunded. This business model is not eithical to the customers. I do not recommend you to give your payment details to this company.
