They have removed the restriction allowing me access to their website now, LOL! Also it appears as if they've made changes on their website! YOU sir, are pitiful and I HOPE a lot of people continue to see this review and take my word seriously! **************
ZERO STARS! I do NOT recommend doing business with Family Firearms. Don't bother trying to communicate with them because they are easily frustrated, I am 57 years old and this was the WORST online buying experience Ive Ever encountered, Very disappointing! Their website was VERY MISLEADING and demanding using all capital letters, you can look through it and see all the anger issues and red flags starting at the very top of the page. I purchased a pistol that was being shown IN STOCK. I even contacted my FFL and got a copy of his license and emailed it to them to help speed up the process and make the transaction as smooth as possible. They claim in stock items ship within 1-5 business days, so after 12 days with no updates I contacted them to check the status of my order. Obviously IN STOCK and IN STOCK LOCAL are 2 different things. When I made the purchase it was shown IN STOCK and according to their website Should have shipped out within the 1st week. My purchase was shown in the green box "IN STOCK" yet there was an extended wait time because they had to go through a distributor to get it! Sonnie became VERY RUDE and Unprofessional after I requested to have my order canceled. Only then, was I informed the firearm was "Supposed" to arrive at their facility that same day (how convenient) and when I questioned the 12 day time frame that had already passed, we discussed their cancelation policy fees and he became very angry with me, then decided to go ahead and cancel the order with a full refund. He proceeded to inform me I was fired as a customer then BLOCKED my newly created account as well as my access to their website, Ive NEVER had a business be so rude just because they lost a sale. His website and Emails contain Bible quotes and/or religious notes throughout, UNTIL they become frustrated with the customer, then their demeanor changes. Those were all removed from the last emails I received from him. He likes to use religion as a way of pretending to be Mr nice guy and has a way with words to try and make things sound as if it is the customers fault, which I am excited to see his response to my feedback. A TRUE NARCISSIST! His actions were Very immature and unprofessional to say the least **** I wasn't even going to waste my time leaving this review until I realized he BLOCKED my personal internet service provider address from being able to access their website, but I have news for you. I can STILL see it using my mobile internet, and I can also use ANY other WiFi internet service! TRUST ME, you didn't need to block me OR fire me as a customer because I would never do business with you again even if you were the ONLY shop on the planet so Get a life and GROW UP, dont treat people like this! Congratulations on earning this feedback, You deserved it and I'll try to leave some more for you elsewhere. GOD BLESS lol
The price was the best deal I could find, but Sonnie had a terrible attitude and he gets frustrated quickly with customers who have questions. You can look at the website and see signs of this with the way they make demands in capital letters, I have never had such a horrible experience from a business! He has blocked my account with them and my internet service provider address. I can still use the site with my mobile browser or any other WiFi, very childish and unprofessional.
My pistol order was canceled after he became frustrated with me because of a unacceptable shipping time frame. My order was in dark green and shown IN STOCK, I waited 12 days before contacting them!
