I would like to preface this by saying that I generally NEVER write negative reviews and always try to give 5 stars if possible. However, this site is incredibly terrible in so many ways that are hard to look past. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DON'T GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!

1. TOXIC BOOSTERS: Many of the boosters I have had on here constantly flame their teammates and frankly possess anger issues. Even as I was playing the game with them, I couldn't help but think that their behavior was absolutely unprofessional. Spam pinging and typing "if only we had a jungler" over and over again after dying to a gank only leads to their teammates playing worse. It was not even the jungler's fault that they did not ward and couldn't escape the gank (and also not a reason to lose their head.) I truly believe they spent more time typing and flaming than actually playing. It made everyone's mental MUCH worse, and led to the loss. IF YOU ARE GOING TO BOOST, THEN YOU KNOW THAT YOUR TEAMMATES DO NOT ALSO PLAY AT A DIAMOND OR PLATINUM LEVEL whatever level the booster was. Definitely not master+), SO FLAMING WILL ONLY MAKE THINGS WORSE FOR EVERYONE.

2. QUALITY OF BOOSTER: Some of them were quite amazing and able to carry. However, most of the ones were unable to hard carry like some I've had from other sites, and they solo died in fights in their lane, which is just bizarre. They were really struggling with playing against silver and gold players. Really weird that a "Challenger" can lose against a hard-stuck gold player. Also, the worse players they are, the worse they flame the entire team, and even me, the customer.

2. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE: The management here will definitely gaslight you. Dopa especially has an awful, passive aggressive attitude and is unfit for customer service. Their advertising is also quite misleading to customers.

Overall, it was a terrible experience and complete waste of money.
