Halara's customer service is BS! I work in costumer service and have done so for about 11 years so I'm very patient when it comes to contacting a company's customer service department... until it becomes ridiculous. I had signed up and been chosen for Mary's Halara Circle and they chose a logistics company called UniUni to ship that package to me. They gave me excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't deliver it or why it was delayed. I contacted Halara because of these issues and I was concerned that I wouldn't be chosen for the Halara Circle again over this issue that I had no control over. I have contacted them repeatedly for weeks over this same issue. Every time they have sent me a canned response claiming that the 'relevant team' would contact me within 24-48 hours. Well, they never did. ANY of those times. So I have waited for weeks to get my concern to be addressed. I just contacted them AGAIN asking for a supervisor and again, the same canned response, only saying within 24 hours this time. I asked the representative (Tony) how can they guarantee that someone from the 'relevant team' would contact me. And been at least 40 mins at this point and they have been refusing to respond to me. And of course, there is no phone number you can call, only chat and email. Why is it impossible to actually get their customer service team to 'serve' its customers?

Very disappointed in their return process. It is very hard to figure out even where to go and how to process a return. By the time I figured it out it is a little past the allowable time and they are telling me that I cannot return. I have two pair of jeans that I paid a lot of money for that do t fit and they refuse to take them back. In regards to quality: I have another pair that does fit, however the quality is sub par because they snag easily in things like my rings. I have multiple snags and little holes now in this other pair. I do love the fit of these jeans.
On May 9th I purchased an order totaling almost $500. I waited over a month for the order to come which is fine if the whole premise behind hilara is that they have zero waste and fill orders as they come in I'm fine with that. I realize right after I placed the order that I had ordered a dark blue jumpsuit in duplicate. I ordered two of the same size and same color. I also ordered a light blue one. I contacted halara by email and asked if they could cancel one of the duplicate dark blue jumpsuits. They responded and said yes and I received a refund for one of the two dark blue jumpsuits prior to it being shipped out to me. When I received my order the dark blue jumpsuit was missing I received only the light blue one someone picking and packing the order obviously wasn't paying attention and saw that one of the dark blue items had been refunded but not both. Power for the course these days no one pays attention reads anything or does conscientious work. I contacted hilara to tell them that I had a missing item they told me that they were going to investigate the warehouse of via the cameras that they have set up. This made me really happy because I thought okay excellent for sure then I will get my item. To my dismay they responded by saying they've done an investigation and they believe they've sent all the items so now I'm out $49 for a jumpsuit that I ordered and paid for and now hilara is calling me a liar. I have requested a copy of the video with no response and I have returned the charge on my Visa because there is zero customer service no one wants to help me and I am left holding the bag literally. Absolutely the worst customer service ever not only are they calling me a liar they're calling me a thief and the truth of the matter is I did not receive the item I don't know how they can say that I received them if they say they have video then they know they did not pack that item I will never order from this company again terrible terrible buyer beware. Can't comment on the quality as I haven't received the product but at this point I will say that the communication on shipping is very poor. While I can track it with a tracking number the shipping status hasn't changed, it's been a month. For some reason I thought there was a warehouse in the US, guess I was wrong. Probably would not have got sucked in to ordering these from all the pop up ads had I known they were shipping from China. Ordered a pair for me and my sibling for Xmas, not sure if I'll get them. No useful help returning anything in the returns portal, customer service just stalling asking the same questions as the returns portal... And conveniently after a month of exchanges and saying this isn't fair that it's two days from the cut off date and I still have no help returning this can u extend the return window... I ordered two pairs of pants a month ago and never received them. I have contacted customer support several times but no one knows where the package is.
In the meantime, I had to contact another company who were going to possibly deliver it and they didn't know anything. Then support was going to figure it out and let me know after 2 business days. After a week I still don't know anything and I just get another standard email back saying I have to wait 8-10 business days. Of course, those have long passed.
No one knows where the package is, no one can deliver it and no one lets me know anything.
If I cannot receive the package, I would like to get my money back though. Especially after multiple contact attempts.

I returned my HALARA order through Evri (self-paid, of course) which was delivered a week ago. The customer service have asked for Evri tracking number which I have given to them but they claim it doesn't work. I then sent a screenshot by screenshot response showing that it works and it has been delivered but they are responding with automated emails. I have literally sent them proof of delivery and they still would not refund me my money.

The package has been attempted to be delivered several times and no one is obviously receiveing it. And now USPS tracking states that if a redelivery is not scheduled they will return it to me. This review is for the High Waisted Work Pants, size 2X in gray and black AND my experience with Halara Support.
I'm 5'2" and bought these pants for a new job. I typically wear a 1X or 2X and used the Halara Size Guide to select the 2X size. Despite being $40 each, the pants I received were made of an extremely cheap polyester and would need to be hemmed at least four inches in order to fit me.
After finding it impossible to initiate a return on the Halara website, I emailed support on 10/9/24. In response to my email, I was sent an unresponsive link to initiate a return. I then spent 25 minutes in Chat Support with a clearly overwhelmed team member who was able to eventually email me a return label despite her saying it would originally take her 24 hours to do so.
On 10/11/24, I spent $4 on packaging and mailed the pants back to Halara via UPS. On the 17th, Halara Support emailed me and stated they needed a tracking number before initiating a return. I attached my UPS receipt and on the 18th they stated they initiated a refund of $89.90 to my card.
It is now 10/22/24. The refund that is still processing to my account is only for $82 despite Halara support stating that the refund would include the cost of the shipping label. This also doesn't account for the $4 I spent on packaging. In total, I've wasted over $93,25 minutes over chat, and hours on emails to wait 9 business days to to MAYBE receive a partial refund.
I do not recommend that you purchase anything from Halara.

When the items came, all of them were massive and an exchange would not have made it in time for the event. I requested a refund and was given two options, keep the items and receive a gift card, or return the products for a refund minus the shipping label. I chose the latter and went through the arduous process of their return system. Taking photos of myself (inhumane and embarrassing and humiliating to have to photograph myself and show them that their products did not fit me correctly instead of just accepting the return). I sent the return by the appropriate day and actually had to follow up with them by email when I did not hear anything about the return. I eventually received a message back stating that they issued a refund and when I finally got around to checking, I was given 2 dollars and 52 cents back. I reached out several times and have yet to hear a response. Every single item purchased was never worn, just tried on and returned to its original packing and the free gift they sent was also returned. I have yet to hear back from them despite reaching out multiple times. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I will be contacting and generating a complaint with the better business bureau if I do not hear back shortly.
I placed an order of around $250 - got multiple things in different sizes because it's an online store so obviously I need to see what fits better. Decided to return 3 dresses - about $100 worth of product.
They offer you the same amount in a GIFT CARD so that you can continue spending money with them OR you can ship back the items at YOUR OWN expense.
They don't provide a prepaid shipping label for Canada and they REQUIRE a tracking number, so this return is about to cost me $20+.
For such a large company (or so it seems, given the thousands of ads i've seen) you would think they would provide free returns. But nope. Such a scam! Only provides you a full refund if it's a quality issue.
If your store is exclusively online, returns should be free. How are customers responsible for the cost if they need to purchase multiple sizes to try. Or if they just don't like the fit or style in general.

I ordered a dress in the "longer length" and when it arrived it was the exact same length as regular. NOT longer. When I went on the website, I looked and it said the inseam for regular was 32 inches and the inseam for longer length was 32 inches. So we tried to get the longer length sent to us. Which is what we ordered. We fought about this over email for a long time. You think it would be a simple request. But no. Instead of sending over the right product after a lot of back-and-forth they just gave us a gift card. They were unable to provide the product they advertised on their website! What a scam! Ridiculous because I didn't want to use the gift card only to get a dress that would not be in a longer length. Before accepting gift card I contacted customer service again to try to understand how I could make sure I get a longer length dress this time. The first customer service lady said that the regular and longer length are the same. It makes no sense. The next customer service person said "it is the same dress but a different style." I asked about 5 times how I can just get the longer length that is advertised on their website and no one could tell me how. They also could not tell me why they advertise a longer length but don't actually have a longer length. I asked the length difference in inches between regular and long and they couldn't tell me. My brain hurt and I felt like I was hitting my head on a wall.
Finally I got fed up and requested a refund. More like demanded it. Because by this point I had spent weeks trying to deal with this and on that particular day, I spent an hour with three different customer service reps. The guy said he would give me a refund straight up and it would be processed in 24 hours. LIES! Imagine my surprise when I received an email a few hours later telling me I needed to ship back the item at a cost of 9.99 to me. Why the hell should I have to take my time and spend $10 of my money to return an item that was sent to me incorrectly in the first place?! Absolutely egregious.
I do a lot of online shopping and have never ever encountered customer service this bad. No one has any knowledge of their products and it sounds like they are selling stuff online that they don't even actually have. And even when it's THEIR FAULT they ship the wrong item their customers have to pay to ship it back in order to get a refund. Shameful.
Customer service is almost non-existent. They are not transparent with the return policy and it's either a gift card for their site or return it and pay postage that is more than your purchase. The pants I received were hideous...did not look anything like they did on the model. The material was "swishy" and made that sound when I walked. Sizing is completely off...what do you expect...made in China. Never again.
