On 8-27-2016 I placed a order for a purple Hoverboard from hoverboarder.com their page said all orders done before 4 pm will be shipped the same day. I got it done at 2pm and waited for a tracking number which never came! On 8-31 I finally got a email back from Jay apologizing and he said they tried to call me and couldn't reach me, that was bs! The color wanted was out of stock but I was promised it'd be shipped the next day or I could get a refund. I thanked him and said it's fine as long as it's shipped tomorrow. That day I got a tracking number for FedEx so I was relieved estimated delivery date was yesterday which was September 8th, I got worried because I saw no travel history and guess what?!?!? It was never sent! I wrote Jay a email asking what was going on. He replied that they were sorry but because of their sale they were back logged but my package will be sent tomorrow. I am usually a very calm and understanding person but I wrote him a email back letting him know how unacceptable this was, if they wouldn't have sent me the FedEx tracking number, I would have got a hold of them sooner. He wrote back in the next email it will be sent out today and I'll get it Monday or Tuesday! Doubt it'll happen. My ex and I had a custody battle a year and a half ago, he won and it's been hard on my youngest daughter. This was the first bday her and I weren't together. Her father doesn't follow the parenting plan, it was my year to have her on her bday and he has had them for the last 3 weekends when two of them were mine. I'm dealing with some serious health issues pulmonary embolisms and heart issues. I had to quit working, so every penny I had went in to the Hoverboard. I had $40 in my wallet that I was going to take her shopping with and it disappeared somehow. On top of everything out 1 year old kitty was struck by a car and left to die last week. It broke our hearts and I haven't told my girls yet because I want to be able to hug them and cry together. So because of this crap company my daughter gets no present and finds out our beloved Kitty is gone. My daughter is the sweetest thing, I could hand her a pile of dirt and she would be thankful, so it makes it worse because she deserves the best.
