Think companies should realize that although most people do have a cell and computer to use with online companies, sometimes if a problem might be urgent i.e. Technical problems with ordering or package not arriving or being incorrect you DO need some type of phone support or at least live chat not just email or AI chat.
If a company prefers not to make it public as they want you to use their online FAQS or chat box first, they should at least have the option to call YOU if you want because the problem will just take to long to type or as in HR case they only have an AI chat or you don't want to wait for emails as you want to order but find out that you can't get in touch easily (they state that they have a text option, but I can't use it on my text app on my IPad as the texts from that can only go to another Iphone and it's to tedious to type (and hard to dictate) on the IPhone. My phone company Vis'ble doesn't usually make this public knowledge as they don't list their number but they WILL call you. Another The Clean Skin Club also makes their phone number hard to find and encourage emails but they DO have their phone number somewhere on their website so you know you can call if need be (as I said, companies don't have to encourage calling but just have it available.)
But other than the difficulty of communication this is the MAIN reason for the bad review. First instead of listing the FAQs where you can find it easily, the first thing you see is the "quiz" which takes a long time to fill out, and then after you fill it out, they tell you the cost and how many meals you got BUT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU WHAT YOU ARE GETTING (at least for the first order.)
IF you go back to the home page and scroll way, way down (which is why I didn't check the FAQS first as is my want) it DOES say that you can choose your meals, but why not the first time? I wanted to use them with the first time discount, but as they made it so difficult to try to contact them I gave up. My problem (except for the fact I wanted to give them my money was not so urgent) but what if someone didn't get their order or an ingredient was missing in something they were preparing, so that is why their difficulty in contacting them is important.
People should not be using these delivery companies, although these food companies have too much packaging affecting the environment, and unlike when I was young when only Banquet, Swanson or if you wanted to splurge Stouffers, were the frozen food companies you NOW have a plethora of frozen food choices now as well as prepared salads and your grocery's delis, there is NO reason to use most of these companies which is why many go under and this one SHOULd also.
