Yes this is a real website and not a scam one but go...

Yes this is a real website and not a scam one but go ahead and purchase from them if you can face the rudest customer agent on the planet. I take back my words for saying they have the best line of customer services agents. I was a hundred percent WRONG. I wish I could add the snapshot chain emails I encountered with the agent (YES I STILL HAVE THE COURTESY TO MAKE REMAINED ANONYMOUS). But then I have to edit undisclosed any important details and that would be very tedious. Nonetheless our conversation went something like this:___________________________________________________________________

Thank you for the email. However for fane1329 can you please explain the 50% refund? This is because, the pearls are totally missing and we dont see any pieces in the plastic or in the box to glue them back on. Therefore this is a 100% faulty item. And the damaged are very noticeable in fact noticed by our customer. We hope to get a full refund as this cannot be resold.

Also, for fane1459, we used to get 100% refund for this one. We did not get the item as in the picture in the website. This is an incomplete item.

We have attached all the pictures as prove. We also noticed that you have blurred the image of the end of the fane1459. We hope this will not happen again as this could affect our decision to repeat orders. We are satisfied with the service that JewelryBund has provided us, however we do not appreciate if we are being cheated and our rights as a customer are being taken away.

First and foremost,, you really need to improve your people skill. I did not appreciate your reply at all. You requested us to confirm the issuance so we did. We were just asking for clarification and not a blunt reply like you sent us. We merely sent the email to claim whatever we did not get as we have already paid for them. We understand a tiny dot on the necklace may not be a big deal and so we appreciate the partial refund and your hospitality. However encountering missing parts and trying to fool us by blurring the pictures on your website are really unacceptable.

Lastly, if that is the best you can do, we are fine with it, we now confirm the refund. And you are right, we definitely can choose not to buy from JewelryBund in the future.:)
