UPDATE: As you can see from the reply from the owner of the business, once you start having issues with them, they start become pretty childish instead of focusing on the problems that their PAYING customers experience. To call my review "fake" just because the order was not placed under my name (hello, there is another adult in my household who, can place orders) is a primary example of their idiotic shenanigans that happen when you critique the service or request a refund due to having experiences like we did with this business. We have since found another service that does not require payment upfront, the cost is basically the same, they are bonded/insured, and they show up when they say they will. If the owner(s) of the business spent more time improving their customer service practices, contracting reliable people, and less time blaming the people who are the reason they have a business to begin with, they could pretty awesome. But based upon the blame/game of replies that I have been seeing around the internet with this shylock, I would not bet a plugged nickel on it.

ORIGINAL REVIEW

The first few times they seemed ok for a very basic lawn cutting, then it nose-dived.
--Front cut, but not the back.
--Uneven cutting in patches.
--Put in order, contractor would accept order for next day, and then not show up (happened quite a few times). I would contact the company and they would tell me it was MY responsibility to try and contact the contractor before they would step in? Really? Because YOU are the one who has the money not your employee. The problem is that they charge you BEFORE the job is done, hold the money, then are supposed to pay the mower when the job is done. But if the person takes the job and does a no-show, then the customer is STUCK until you get a refund which can take a couple to a few days depending on how fast the "owner" of the site wants to act. (You pay by Paypal or credit card).

I really wanted to like this service, but the folks they are contracting with have become shadier and more unreliable as time went by. As one reviewer on here stated, I was also advised to tip to get jobs accepted quicker, I always tipped, and still had the issue of someone grabbing a job and then not showing up.

Save yourself the aggravation go with a RELIABLE service if you can or cut it yourself--just not worth the hassle of poor customer service, poor business practices, and inconsistent employees aka contractors.
