It's almost unwatchable. The entire show has ads for other MT shows. They're showing something on a car and it's covered up by their ads.

I'm not real happy with quarterly instead of monthly issues, but we'll see.
I went to MotorTrend.com/HotRod/QuarterlyOffer and registered for this
"free year" I received a transaction number, but was never asked to create a
User name or password. When I go to MotorTrend+ and use my email address
As my user name (as per Motor Trend's customer dis-service) and click forgot
Password they say that they have sent an email with password reset instructions.
I've tried this 3 times and never have received any thing (yes I checked my spam)
I called Hot Rod, they are no help at all.
I spent the better part of a day back and forth with MT help chat, they know even less!
I asked for a phone number to call and told that they don't phone support.
HOW CAN YOU CALL THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Getting tired of being in the middle of watching a series and at the end of an episode the app sometimes changes to a completely different series that isn't even in My Stuff.

I have been watching this channel for years. They have had a bunch of innovative and unique programs. Enjoy the British based programs since I get to see things we don't have in the states. Builders and repair shops doing real work are the things I like. Lately they have moved towards Roadkill and a bunch of other programs of young crazy guys. These programs suck. I do not watch motortrend for days at a time due to programing of this crap; I have been watching it less and less. I anticipate eventually not watching it at all if Roadkill take over the programing.

When are they going to start showing different episodes and stop showing same one all the time like full custom garage same one six times already in two days I know they got tons they could show and Texas metal trucks 4u joe Martin love these shows and more my TV in living room and bedroom stay on this station 24/7 most of the time but when you watch a show and than show comes back on and it's the very same episode you just watched any input on this

Motor Trend has cancelled its best show "Dirt Every Day". It was safe to watch with the whole family. We'd crack up and learn things. Please bring it back. We cancelled our subscription after having it for over 5 years.

Why is it that when us as Black people start doing something that get popular and know that white people of power find a way to steal are success in stead of putting a Black host on your channel you guys go out and try to feel the gap with one of your own race members, I truly did love this channel but who ever is behind this channel making decisions should be fired and the channel should be removed from tv no longer watching this channel no longer this is sad before and give are Black people are Respect, you guys should have put a black host on your TV channel and show

After subscribing to the MotorTrend+ streaming service, it was good for a while. A few shows I regually watched were available with extra episodes. However now that I have seen all I want to see I tried to cancel the subscription (Note: MT+ says '... cancel anytime...' Well, no you can't, you try and get a message that says because you paid for the service you can't request they cancel it, you have to wait till it runs out, however here's the rub... it autorenews! So you can't cancel it, period. Sent letter advising of legal action under the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act (MMPA), we'll see how this goes. Class Action lawsuit anyone else in Missouri?

Zero new content on Mt on demand decided to give it another chance due to Covid causing issues and delays im sure... welp still no new content and what they do offer is European Junk or Hooptie trash... but they are Happy AF to take that Credit card Reoccurring payment and have Zero Customer support too boot, who ever is running Mt has FAILED miserably and gives 2 Fux most likely has a Golden parachute and is secretly wanting to be fire with that big Ol severance Gold Mine... Junk and Zero effort to bring MT and MTOD to what it could be... Shame Shame Shame

After redoing my plans to make sure I would be able to watch mecum kissimmee 2022 because my buddy was buying a car at this auction i watched for 2 days the car's finally next on the block but motor trend tv goes 2 commercial showing the same idiot commercials they been showing for 2 days and by the way this was not a low dollar car but a high end one but evidently the morons at motor trend are more intrested in showing commercials not the auction i'm all done watching the phony car gurus of motortrend and all there shows and commercials

Straight ripoff

I placed an order with the Motor Trend shop 6 weeks ago, and I have received nothing and have had all of my inquiries ignored. They charged my card the day that I placed the order, but took almost a month before they claim to have shipped anything. Then over 2 weeks after saying they shipped my order, I have still received nothing and they continue to ignore my emails. Motor Trend and the Wildflower Group that runs their store and just a ripoff!

Great magazine

I read plenty of books about cars and magazines as well. I have decided to find new magazine in order to read new articles about cars and motorcycles. I found this service in the internet and I was really interested in the material which is presented here. Now I'm waiting for new edition every month and I try to earn more money in order to afford myself to buy this magazine. In my opinion, people always should read something that they really like in order to be happy. This service is great and I'm sure that I will buy magazines here more and more, because the materials is great.

Horrendous customer service!

I ordered two things from the website, stuff for my boyfriend who lost his dad this year and Roadkill was one of their favorite shows. Over three weeks later it finally shipped, could NOT get ahold of anyone until it shipped, it shipped without my full address (even though when I ordered it showed the full address) and to top it off I only received one item and no reply email. I've tried to contact many times and nothing but an automated message. Don't waste your time.

Worst experience ever

Thieves, Crooks and Worse, could not refund me my auto renewal subscription even though i previously canceled, when i saw the charges i sent an immediate request as did my wife, denied me and granted her as an exception? Wtf? Discrimination!

I purchase a 2020 mega cab ram dually 3500 on Valentine's Day 2020, truck broke down in November in Cheyenne Wyoming I had it towed to cowboy ram they said injection pump failed an it's on recall part is discontinued, an I had to wait months an they also said an showed me another ram there with same problems, so I leave truck they call me on January said it's ready I drive it back to Memphis next month I smelled fuel I took it to dealership where I purchased it from in Millington Tennessee, they said injection seals weren't replaced an it's leaking they would replace it, they kept my truck week an few days 3 weeks later after getting truck back it catches a fire in Texas starting from under the hood an going to bed of truck, dually is totaled an ram saying it's not there fault an they can't help me., an ram jus put out recall on heavy duty trucks catching a fire an not to park truck in garage or close to house

Most people would have given up, typical nightmare experience to cancel SO YOU DONT!
