I visited your casino today like I do usually 3 times a week, usually losing thousands of dollars each trip
Today my interaction with the only food place open was absolutely mind blowing. I walked up to a little tiny black lady and she took my order that was supposed to be a shrimp dinner, with 2 sides. Hush puppies and loaded french fries
The second order was for a hot Italian with 2 sides, onion rings and chili.
When the young lady checked me out she said my total was only 18 dollars? I said there is no way that's right but she insisted that it was.
My buzzer goes off and Beth hands tries to hand me 2 shrimp dinners? I said that's not my order. She asked the girl where my ticket was and she didn't know. Beth also insinuated that with out finding the ticket she wasn't so sure I was entitled to two sides. I said lady why would I lie? There would be no way to know because it was rang up improperly m I kept telling them to look for the ticket with an 18 dollar total on it. Beth ignored me and asked me what my actual order was so I told her. Then I had to tell her again and one more time. They were upset with me because they messed my entire order up.
When she finally understood my order she was back there bagging it and I heard her say as plain as day JUST GET HER OUT OF HERE. When she handed me my bag I said is it really necessary to be rude to customer for your mistakes? I heard what you said about me and it wasn't what you said that pissed me off it was how you said it. What kind off rude manager do you have working for you? Not only rude HIIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL as well.
So after I told her my order I get alllllllllllllllllllll the way home and Ill be damned if she didn't give me my onion rings.
I'm 59 years old, spend thousands of dollars in your establishment a week, only to be treated like this. My mind was BLOWN today. I could very easily take my business else where.
Rude, unprofessional and very combative. She made me feel 2 inches tall questioning me in front of an entire line of people in reference to my sides!
For here to call herself a manager is an absolute joke!
