DODO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a doll and crip from Reborbdollshop.com on 12/15/23 and the additional $2.99 for VIP services. Their website glitched and 2 orders went through instead of just one. Charging my card $154.97 twice. I reached out to cancel one of the orders receiving a response from Mia that my order was canceled and to allow 7-14days for a refund. It has been well over 14 days and I have yet to receive a refund. Every time I ask about it, they tell me that they had not collected payment therefore my order was canceled. I have sent them back my inital response from Mia and finally got another email from Yana that they re-issued a refund and to allow another 7-14 days. For the other order they I meant to place my doll finally came in 1 month later and it is not the doll they I ordered. I paid extra for the heartbeat and sound. The doll that I received does not have any place for a batter pack and does not make noise. What they sent me was a $30 doll for $154.97.
