I have purchased the following seven items from Roselinlin, six were advertised as "cotton blend" and one as "silk". I received a variety of materials, predominantly polyester. I uploaded photos.
1. "Casual Sleeveless Cotton-Blend Dresses"
SPU: LEWDRCU5501 – this item is made of cotton, it's a very thin see-through cotton but it's almost wearable.
2. "Short Sleeve Casual Abstract Shirts & Tops"
SPU: LE1NSH******* – this item is polyester, the type that gives you electrostatic hair in seconds.
3. "Short Sleeve Vintage Cotton-Blend Shirts & Tops"
SPU: LE1USH713CE9 – this item is predominantly polyester but with some portion of cotton making it feel like a soft polyester blend.
4. "Vintage Silk Pants"
SPU: LE1GPA3F5773 – this item is not made of a horrible material, I don't know what it is and how much of ‘silk' is in it. The finish is poor quality though. Also, as you enter this SPU number to the Roselinlin search box, there will be two items, with different photos, and different prices, the version that shows the upper body (the cheap rubber upper finish) is the closest to the truth.
5. "Floral Short Sleeve Dresses"
SPU: LE1RDR2181E2 – this item is polyester, not even water droplets go through it, think of the material your umbrella is made of.
6. "Color Block Casual Round Neckline Short Sleeve Shirts & Tops"
SPU: LE1MSH*******E – this item is a polyester blend giving it a soft feel to a synthetic material.
7. "Short Sleeve V Neck Shirts & Tops"
SPU: LEZSH5K0214 – as the items numbers 3 And 6 above, a polyester blend, it definitely has some cotton in it.
I am 176 cm (5.77) tall and 58 kgs (127 pounds). In Australia, I wear Medium or Large or 10-12 usually – being tall my chest and hips are quite wide. I checked the measurement details for each item with a sewing tape as the sizing varied across all items and I ordered S and M based on the centimeters provided, yet all the items are huge, for example, a top that advertises as medium bust 98 cm is actually 106 cm bust therfore they don't maintain their records properly. Due to the baggy size and polyester materials, the items feel like something you would pick up in cheap mature-age lady shops. Kmart and BigW have a better quality 'cotton'
I have received a response to my review stating that they would like to know which items have been incorrect in regards to sizing – that is all they have been interested in. I wrote them a lengthy email providing this information but also explaining that I would like all these items to be actual cotton such as in the case of the "Casual Sleeveless Cotton-Blend Dresses SPU: LEWDRCU5501" as some of the items they posted are polyester. I also explained, to be reasonable, that as a consumer I am unable to identify cotton clothing on their website if they are all advertised with the same "cotton blend" description yet I have received several different types of materials. ‘Sally' responded that:
"If you need the specific fabric composition, you can contact with us to know this information before you order"
So… I emailed them several new SPU items where all items are currently advertised as "cotton blend" and to my disappointment I received a response from ‘Mandy' gaslighting me stating that:
"We have listed the meterial details on the item's page. Please kindly check the item's page of them" and that ""cotton-blend" A cotton blend is another way of referring to a shirt that's made from 80% cotton and 20% polyester, linen, or rayon"
As described above this information is incorrect, the majority of items are definitely not 80% cotton.
Each time you email Roselinlin service, you are communicating with a new person and the process starts from scratch – there is no consistency which is why I see why organising returns is such an impossible process for consumers, and yes you do need to post to China, even though it is not an exchange problem but a false advertising problem. I don't need to exchange the items as there is nothing to change to, the cotton blend items that are advertised don't exist at all.
Also, if you are in Australia, note that even if you chose currency as AUD you will still get US cost, in my case I was charged about AUD $50 more than I was advised in writing that I was to pay.
To date, I have not been offered any compensation nor resolution by Roselinlin, and they have not amended the description of the items on their website. I also tried to review each item through the Roselinlin website but they are not letting me do that - this option is disabled for me which is how they control reviews.
If you still go ahead with shopping with them, make sure that you:
- email them prior to purchase asking for specific measurements & fabric composition as per their washing care (they have that information) and push for this information, you also want this in writing.
- understand that the photos are graphicly edited, that is, for example, they have a shot of a model wearing a templated style of a piece and they paste a pattern of the fabric onto it. You will actually find the same item shots repeating across Fashionmia, LightInTheBox, Roselinlin, and few other China-based websites. It may be worth googling the product number or SPU to get more info. I even found some of those items at Amazon.
- this is IMPORTANT: take screenshots of item description/overview at the time of purchase as they remove and edit them later.
If this review does not stop you, make sure that you:
- email them prior to purchase asking for specific measurements & fabric composition as per their washing care
- understand that the photos are graphicly edited, that is, for example, they have a shot of a model wearing a templated style of a piece and they paste a pattern of the fabric onto it

I am giving it all to Salvation Army.
First off I hate that Rose Lin Lin are such scammers, I would highly recommend staying away from them!
I am absolutely gutted after my husband for my birthday gave me money as I had seen the Rose Lin Lin site and the clothes they advertise looked nice and at reasonable prices, but what they sent was MOSTLY GARBAGE.
Everything about the crap they send is GARBAGE!
NONE of the prints are the same as on the website!
NONE of the cuts are the same as on the website!
NONE of the sizes are correct!
NONE of the fabrics match the fabrics on the website!
I've attached samples of just two items along with what they are SUPPOSED to be like, they VERY clearly are nothing like the website photos in any way!
Unfortunately I didn't google them before plonking down several hundred on a number of tops. When they arrived my excitement turned to horror as I pulled out one cheap material and badly made top after another.
I thought I had gotten something wrong, NONE of the clothes looked like the website, they were all cheap shiny type material, with sizes that ranged from roughly my size (small - size 8) to what would be a size 14. Most were around size 12 to 14, but were still labelled as a small, and the entire design and cut was nothing like what I ordered against.
So I contacted them to find out what I can do, well, trying to get a refund is impossible. Rose Lin Lin deliberately do this sly act where they ship your items in dribs and drabs over many weeks, if you want a refund because they sent wrong or faulty items, you have to send them back within 2 weeks at your own cost, and most they said they wouldn't accept back. So sending them back in numerous parcels outweighs the possible refund!
As with many other sites reviewers have also said when they've returned clothes Rose Lin Lin just says they haven't received them, so bad luck.
What makes it worse is before the items arrived, I had bought several more lots of clothes, and managed to get the unshipped ones refunded.
But here's the rub, about another 12 items were marked as shipped, so they wouldn't let me get a refund on them. But a WEEK later, I got an email that they had just been processed and shipped!
So they LIE, they CHEAT, and if you try to send any of their crap back, they also claim they NEVER RECEIVED it!
I'm now battling Paypal over this, and if necessary I will also contact my bank to see if any sort of charge back is possible here!
ALSO, beware the false reviews, many other review sites have already removed MANY reviews that were very obviously shill reviews!
I eventually accepted a refund for a tiny fraction of the cost of the items in my order that were not as described on the Roselinlin site (and two that arrived broken), with this caveat: "Roselinlin's refund does not reflect professional or reasonable business practices. Although I placed two orders on 5/18/20, over three months later, I finally received the final item. Furthermore, Roselinlin did not provide tracking information (in English) that guaranteed the safe arrival of these items. The first package arrived almost TWO MONTHS after I placed the order, but it contained two items that did not meet the sizing charts as specified on Roselinlin's website--even though Roselinlin is explicit in its instructions to customers regarding the use of those charts, and we were meticulous in using them to ensure appropriate sizes. I waited for the second package to arrive to determine whether any of the items in that package also failed to meet sizing specifications. Sure enough, two more items in the second order were not sized to specifications, so I then contacted Roselinlin to determine what steps to take to either receive a refund or obtain items of correct size for these FOUR items. Although I had waited TWO MONTHS to receive these incomplete and defective orders, Roselinlin claimed that TWO WEEKS had expired from when I received the first package, and therefore Roselinlin said it was TOO LATE to make that order right. It is despicable that customers have to wait MONTHS to receive items and then have TWO WEEKS to correct Roselinlin's errors. The email exchange initiated in order to correct these problems has been appalling in its impersonal, inaccurate and form-letter responses on Roselinlin's part. In order to not waste more time with this matter and with this unprofessional customer service run-around, I will accept Roselinlin's partial refund (which they say will take up to TWO WEEKS to process) and donate the errant items to charity. Although two pieces of jewelry arrived broken and the size of the last piece of clothing was massively larger than indicated by sizing charts (all of the other sizing problems were due to how small they were compared to their charts), I chose not to waste more time in the customer-service vortex, and absorb the cost. Roselinlin's track record regarding regarding these issues is abysmal. I will NOT be ordering from Roselinlin in the future."
I would give a zero star if that was an option. I think the best way to write this review is to include my latest email to the company regarding a purchase I made a couple months ago. I ordered a size 10 dress and they sent a XXL. I have sent 48 emails to the company asking for a refund or the correct size dress and they refuse to do anything unless I pay to return the dress myself:
This is my latest email response to them after they once again insisted that I pay the return postage...
This is INSANE!. We have been going back and forth for almost 3 weeks now with no progress toward a resolution and here is what I know to be true:
Your website shows a very pretty summer dress for sale in three colors. Under the picture of the dress are the product details that include a size chart that clearly shows that a US Size 10 is equivalent to a size L.
Based on the above information, I order a US Size 10 dress in yellow.
You email me shipment confirmation showing that a size 10 dress will be delivered. I receive the dress and it is a size XXL.
Despite providing all of the above proof, you insist that I purchased a size XXL dress and refuse to refund more than 35% of my money or pay to have the dress shipped back to you.
Elsewhere on the same page, your website shows conflicting information regarding sizing, further making this whole fiasco your fault.
If you continue to refuse to admit your mistake and refund my money, I am out less than $20.00. You, on the other hand, are losing hundreds, if not thousands of potential customers as I continue to post these email exchanges on social media, submit negative reviews on consumer review websites and warn everyone I know NOT to purchase anything from you based on this experience.
Nowhere on your web site does it show that you ship out of China. If it had, I would never have placed an order in the first place. The fact that you can even consider that a US10 is comparable to a XXL shows me that you should not be selling in the US because you know nothing about US dress sizes. You also do not adhere to the same rules of customer service that the US is known for and proud of. In fact, this is the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
I refuse to succumb to your insanity and accept your insulting offer of 35% refund as I know that I am 100% in the right and you are entirely wrong. I am still requesting a 100% refund and if you want the XXL dress returned, you will need to pay for the postage as I ordered a size 10 (L) not an XXL.
Don't!!!!!!!!
I can't wear the dress they sent because they sent the wrong size
I have emailed u, no answer. Where is my order?@xxcvbnmncxzxvbbnbvvvvvvvbhhgfdgjkyreffvbbb ccxxzdgnngxcvhjjjydddrrtgggggg:#fffffffffffffffcffcfffffffffff$#*!kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk(kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu
I ordered several items from Roseinlin as a gift for my daughter. She never received the items as the delivery company returned them. Roselinlin failed to refund my money after 2 months and constant contact with their customer service. Fraudulent. Here is a website to report to US government.

This online store is in CHINA, but they don't let you know this prior to getting your $#*! tracking information that states it could be over a month for delivery. DO NOT BUY HERE if you want something quick. I'm $#*!ing tired as $#*! trying to shop in the UNITED STATES and getting $#*! CHINA products that never fit.
Ordered 3 items July 11. Got one in a few weeks. Got the second after a month. The third item (a dress for a wedding on a particular date) is still not here. Today is Aug 25. Apparently it's up in CANADA, waiting for Fedex to pick it up. WTF?
Had to shop on EBAY for another dress for the wedding. It will be here in 2 days.
