(DAY198) Used SimpleSwap to swap 4,385 USDT 194 days ago, and guess what? My funds are still frozen. Contacted support, and they hit me with a surprise KYC demand—no heads up about that when I signed up!

Chose SimpleSwap 'cause they promised easy and secure transactions without the KYC drama. Clearly, that was a bait. If you're about keeping your crypto dealings private, steer clear of SimpleSwap.

They're clutching my cash unless I spill my ID details. Won't bend my privacy rules for a platform playing sneaky. Highly disappointing!
