Unless you are an expert in programming phones. Stay away!

The prices are great and I like their policy on data (they have caps but if you go over it's not biggie, they still give you unlimited data but at a slower speed till the next month, but the customer support is ONLY though chat (which is I guess better than just forums as some other companies are-really stay away from THOSE.)

When I wrote a long email asking for a supervisor to help. One of the problems with the chat, is I had a long paragraph detailing what I was encountering on my phone and the chat agent thought I was not responding (he couldn't see the floating dots?) so closed the chat so I was typing all for nothing. The supervisor said I should make the chats shorter, nonwithstanding that it's like hanging up on a call where when I worked in call centers was a something one could get fired for.

The phone, a Moto E6 Play was different from the one on Motorola site and did not have fingerprint lock as THIS company doesn't have it on their model, wifi didn't authenticate, CSA (2 of them) blamed me for wrong password, wasn't on THEIR end and on and on. They were nice enough, but after over four hours on the phone i can't access my wifi and I didn't get the extras of the phone I thought I would be getting and although I can send the phone back for a refund and get my money back with shipping and the accessories (I now can't use as I am returning the phone as they are unreturnable) I am out around $22!

Initially when I ordered before trying it I told a person whose income was so low, he didn't need to file taxes (should have lifeline) but pays $90 a month as he needs a lot of data about them as they had a referral program but he said that he wanted to buy a phone where he could go to the store and get help and ridiculed him for that and now I feel bad because the only help is chat and not only can it not be very helpful but hours are limited. He is right, a storefront IS a lot better than ordering ANY phone online, if you have difficulties in programming or getting the wrong phone you can deal with it more easily and inexpensively, it might be worth the extra money, having a person help you in person, seeing how you are doing it and correcting it if necessary!
