Since VIP Outlet got my original review taken down (because they want to hide their crookedness,) I'm going to give a full detail, with evidence, about this crooked bait-and-switch company.

VIP Outlet, for the Fourth of July, advertise a sale on one of their computers. Here is a screenshot of a very reputable deal website (slickdeals) of said deal;

My order was suppose to be shipped to my house on July 9th but after a couple of days, my item never got delivered, so I went and checked the tracking from FedEx and notice that VIP Outlet requested for my item to be returned to them without a single notice;

I contacted VIP Outlet about my item being returned and they responded with an excuse saying "there was a glitch" and that "the wrong item was sent." Instead of correcting the problem and sending me the correct item, they decided to refund my money, which I never requested for. Here is a screenshot of the email conversation;

I responded to them that I don't want a refund, send me the item I purchased. VIP Outlet states that "they no longer have the item on stock" and insisted for me to sign-up to their website, which is clear to me that this was their intent in the first place with this bait-and-switch deal;

But as of today, on VIP Outlet's website, they are advertising the item I bought from them, which was supposedly was out-of-stock;

TLDR (Too Long Didn't Read): In short, VIP OUTLET IS A CROOKED BAIT-AND-SWITCH COMPANY THAT USES HOLIDAYS FOR FAKE SALES TO GET PEOPLE TO SIGN-UP TO THEIR WEBSITE AND GIVE UP THEIR PERSONAL INFORMATION. DO NOT BUY A SINGLE ITEM FROM VIP OUTLET!
