I started working on Writezillas back in 2014 and completed well over 100 writing projects with them, including a 40-page dissertation on Chinese Economy for one of the clients.
I felt comfortable working for them, as they add the order payment on writer's balance immediately after the final delivery (so one doesn't have to wait until the client approves the paper they have completed for them), pay on time, and generally have a nice choice of Available orders.
During the fall of 2015 I had to take a temporary break from academic writing due to personal circumstances. I had informed Writezillas team about it, so that my inactivity did not confuse them. Due to the unforeseen matters, my span of inactivity stretched until mid-January this year, of which I duly informed their Support team as well. It was around mid-January, too, when I received an e-mail notification informing me that my account with their company had been deactivated.
I entered into a chat conversation with their Support agent Dana (if I remember correctly) on January 27, and she advised me to contact their HR Department via e-mail in order to obtain some feedback as to why had my account been suddenly turned down. I never received a reply.
Earlier this week, I entered their live chat again in order to get some substantial feedback again and that chat left me immensely infuriated and completely erased all the good memories I had working for Writezillas.
Their chat agent Stacey proved to be completely unaware of basic business communication rules. I described the situation to her and constructively complained that I never received a proper explanation of why my account with them had been terminated, and also requested some reply from her as to where can I finally get the feedback from. Here is a fragment of our chat:
"(11:24:19) Visitor: My account was deactivated and one of your colleagues advised me to e-mail your HR department. I did so on January 27, never got a reply, never actually got any explanation as to why was my account disabled in the first place
(11:24:42) Stacey: Can I have your email address, please?
(11:24:51) Visitor: (my email)
(11:24:55) Stacey: Just a moment, I will check it for you.
(11:26:29) Stacey: Your account is deactivated, but I cannot give you a dignified reply why it is.
(11:26:38) Visitor: Who can?
(11:26:43) Stacey: Only our HR has an access to the system.
(11:26:47) Visitor: No one can because your HR Department does not reply
(11:26:56) Visitor: Stacey, can you please read what I sent above?
(11:27:59) Stacey: Then it means that they are not interested in your candidature as a writer.
(11:29:02) Visitor: Oh so I have to sit and wait until they run out of writers and contact me? Stacey, it's a poor practice not to reply your writers, regardless current or former, for like good two weeks.
(11:30:09) Stacey: We are not telling you to wait, feel free to apply to other writing companies.
(11:30:29) Stacey: Thank you for your feedback, it will be forwarded to our HR.
(11:30:40) Visitor: No it won't be, and you know it better than I do.
(11:32:10) Stacey: That is correct.
(11:32:28) Visitor: Thank you for being honest.
(11:33:04) Stacey: I wish you good luck with your further writing experience!
(11:33:12) Visitor: It was nice working with you, but the fact that you can deactivate writers out of the blue and never reply to their e-mail is deeply unsettling.
(11:33:26) Stacey: I am sorry to admit that we did not find it convenient to cooperate with you.
(11:33:44) Visitor: I will take my time to warn other applicants about this practice. They can register and write, but they should be ready to get kicked out when it's convenient for the company.
(11:34:11) Stacey: Good to know, feel free to take any appropriate actions.
(11:34:32) Stacey: From our side we will make sure to never cooperate with such aggressive so-called "writers".
(11:34:37) Visitor: Woah!
(11:35:08) Visitor: So stating the blatant truth that your HR Department is never responding to e-mails is "aggressive" in your books?
(11:35:53) Visitor: So-called "writer" completed plenty of orders for your company.
(11:36:31) Stacey: I am sorry to admit that you do not possess any professional communicating skills.
(11:36:48) Stacey: You have completed only three orders with us.
(11:37:04) Visitor: Stacey, you know that I'm right and you are wrong, so you are trying to cover it with getting into unnecessary attacks. I am sorry to admit that you are not professional and do not maintain business communication rules.
(11:37:07) Visitor: This is not true.
(11:37:20) Visitor: I have at least 30 papers on my laptop that I completed for your company.
(11:38:35) Visitor: Same can be confirmed by my e-mail box with all the "XXXXX order has been assigned" e-mails
(11:39:24) Stacey: You cannot be serious as who has come to attack is you.
(11:39:52) Stacey: Please accept our sincerest apologies, but I will have to terminate this chat due to the lack of necessity of the further conversation with you.
(11:40:45) *** Stacey left the chat ***
From all that, I can conclude that Writezillas has changed for worse. Earlier, they were writer-friendly and maintained professional fashion. Now, they deem it appropriate to deactivate writers' profiles without any prior notice and never provide any substantial feedback. Moreover, should one attempt and inquire on the possible reason of their random account deactivation, they shall be in for some rude and improper treatment from the side of their Support team.
Please, steer clear of them unless you want your nerves tickled and the freedom of choice taken away from you.
