I need to close my advertising account, but how?

Block your credit card from this company and dispute any charges because you won't be able to contact anyone and request cancellation unless they call you. Even when they do call you and you cancel like I did, they will still keep charging you. They are a completely fraudulent company.

1. Login to your yelp business account (biz. Yelp)
2. On the left hand side you see a list;
3. Click on Yelp Ads (second option, below Activity)
3. Go to the bottom of the page, click End Campaign
Try it out, but it most likely won't work, call customer support at (877) 767-9357; hold for an hour to speak to a rude person and take their help with cancellation.
