Scam. Stay away from it! 1. Price offered is not what is actually charged. After 24 hours they ask for more money; 2. After you hand out more money an automated timer that adds 1% everyday kicks in and slows the process in a manner that the time frame for a complaint with your bank is no longer available. MOST IMPORTANT 3. They stop responding emails and you DON'T get the phone unlocked. Stay away from it!

Easiest answer is- YES THEY ARE SCAMMERS, THEY ARE FRAUDULENT
Stay away from them, get your unlock from a different service, they will not unlock your device, they will not refund your and they will not respond to your emails or enquiries

They are a total SCAM. Don't even bother. They say it will be done in hours but it takes months and they charge you more to actually unlock the phone...

Yes they are. They didnt unlock my phone because they cant. And they wont give my money back

A scam! They are refusing to refund my money after a whole year of no action on their part. They came back and are telling me more money is needed
