Good morning I would like to know how much foam or shredded foam would I have to buy to fill up a 7-pound bean bag up

Assuming you mean a 7ft round foam sack, you would need about 75 cubic feet of foam, or about 120 pounds of shredded foam. If you were to visit our website, that would be 5 of our large bags of shredded foam.
