Scam. I left a review of my personal experience on a different posts. Basically they don't mind taking money from you as long as you don't need help.

Worst healthcare provider in California. If you want inept and u caring doctors who can't make it on their own, this is the healthcare provider for you. They make Canadian medicine, where you wait months for treatment, look good.

It's legit, but keep in mind it's an HMO! Few of which are very good but Kaiser in the worst!
