I just sent a question here, plugged in the "run it through Facebook" option - and my question disappeared. Not sure if you got it. My question was: How is learnvest rated by the Better Business Bureau? Thanks for your time and help!

It says it's free, am I going to get all my information set up and typed in just to learn there is a credit card charge later, or is it really free?

Can you cancel paying after you have everything set up or is it $19/month for life?

Answer:
The $19 a month is for access to a financial planner. You can cancel that fee anytime you would like. The data you set up in the system (i. E. bank accounts, budget, goals) remain for your use. They are not deleted because you cancel the access to a financial planner.
