They do not take returns. Even if they mess up you have to pay return shipping, and upon approval, they will fix the issue. They have certain fabrics that are fit guarantee, but it seems like you're out of luck if they are hideous or don't fit right. I just emailed pictures of the 2 inch error in the waist of a pair of jeans I ordered I don't have high hopes for any resolution, I think I am out the money. I will stick with store bought jeans from reputable stores with good return policies, Or thrift store jeans.

They don't. They state that they allow a 2% margin. What happens when its outside that? They ignore you and 'hope that you understand that'.
Bad customer service, but you only find out once they get the product wrong. Use at your own peril.
