I am concerned about ordering custom jeans from your site because of the mixed reviews I've seen, what kind of fit guaranty do you offer?

They don't. They state that they allow a 2% margin. What happens when its outside that? They ignore you and 'hope that you understand that'.
Bad customer service, but you only find out once they get the product wrong. Use at your own peril.
