NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility.
This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!

They are not reliable and you won't receive any help from them if there are any issues with your flights and/or ticket. Be weary.

I did not get a refund from cancelled the flight since 15 Feb 2017.
