There is a restriction on my card because of too much activity. I have $760.00 on my account and I can't access it and my rent is due tomorrow.

Get a lawyer let them be the ones they go after and make them responsible for your bills that is what I'm doing stay away from netspend PayPal prepaid the yes card they are connected to netspend
