Searching took a very long time, and information provided was incomplete. I know that the person I was searching has been arrested for prostitutuion numerous times, yet those did not show on the arrest record. Most arrest records gave no reason for the arrest and no date of arrest. I cancelled membership immediately and have requested a refund, but doubt I will receive one.

Big waste of money. Said no criminal records but there were. Said not married for wife, but married for husband. Didn't identify Facebook account that I found just by searching name. Premium provided no new information

Basically it tells you it's free then let's you know you have to pay. I tried to get my money back to no avail.
