How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at PeopleWhiz?

I WANT A FULL REFUND FOR THIS. I WAS PROMPTED WHEN FILLING OUT THE REQUEST THAT THERE WAS SOCIAL MEDIA, DIVORCES AND ON AND ON AND THERE WAS NOTHING. I WANT A FULL REFUND.

Horrible company used them once and kept charging me for seven months...even though I cancelled after one transaction! Sketchy. 100% not satisfied! Beware!

It was easy for me to contact them. When I first signed up, I wrote down their phone number and email address from their website. I did have to call back the third month they charged me after I cancelled, but I just let it ring until Mabel answered. She gave me all kinds of scripted answers, but I kept repeating my case and the facts and she finally gave in. A follow up to PayPal to block further withdrawals ended my nightmare.
