Terrible support. Where do I complain? Don't think they deserve the 1.7? The question is are they interested in customer service or satisfaction?

They say I don't qualify to talk to a real person when I call the number and they don't respond to my tickets...

Definitely Chrome Remote Desktop. Been using for about 4 years now and haven't had any issues. Improvements over the few years since I first started using it have made it even better.
