How long does it normally take for an item to ship? I ordered a duvet cover on the 29th of December and it still has not shipped.

Mine took a few weeks - but that was to Australia. You'll probably get it - but I hope you like it as they are terrible at getting back to you and getting a refund took me MONTHS!

Depends on when you're available to sign for it. They only deliver on certain days. Their policy is you have to signe for furniture.

From the time your order is submitted? Two weeks or so... Never early. I remember one time that it arrived 8 days after they emailed me to tell me my item had shipped. I called on the sixth because the tracking didn't have any updates for me. They told me to call back if it doesn't arrive by 10 days. I live in Florida.
