I called up and the sales rep was super friendly and I placed an order. Weeks later I still hadn't received anything and my emails were ignored. I called and they said they had major delays and some items were not of suitable quality - but that they'd send when received. 3months later I got an email saying it would be sent but 1months later and still no news - emails were all ignored and I couldn't reach them by phone. If it's a case of them buying items on alibaba and shipping them when received, then I could do it myself. I honestly don't know if this is a real company or not, or if the quality/warranty would be honoured if they are just cheap third party imports. I hoped this was a quality service and product (at this higher price), but I don't know the deal anymore. So I opted to inform the bank so they can reverse the transaction.

Ordered mt camera online. Very easy transaction. Email confirmation that camera was dispatched. Can't fault this transaction at all and would highly recommend this company.

Make an order on 17th of February, paid, 1 month later no info, no replies to mails and messages at all. Item still in stock.
