I needed to rent a car on the spur of the moment due to a medical emergency in the family and Yolanda in the Huntsville airport, helped me out and was very pleasant and made the whole experience easy. She gave me a choice of two different vehicles and I really loved the Chevy Trax. The car was new, and clean, and I really enjoyed driving it. The return was easy and I did return it two days earlier than I thought I would need the car, and I wasn't charged for those extra two days which I was concerned about and happy that I wasn't charged.

Jay - the manager on duty at CVG airport switched out my initial rental to provide me with a vehicle that was compatible with my phone connection - I was so grateful for his quick response to switch out my rental for one that would work for me!

All excellent. Service was fast and efficient. Our car was fine and got excellent mileage. Check out went so quickly and we did not have to rush to get into the airport, which was super close!

Reservation was not honored to the vehicle selected. Much more could have been done by Alamo to communicate and mitigate this issue prior to arriving so I could have changed rental company.

The car broke down in Ohio and we had to pay someone to jump it and was charged twice for it. We had timed tickets to our activities and had to take a Lyft.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. In fact, the best we've ever had in renting a car. So much of that was down to the incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, helpful employees we met during pickup and return. Special thank you to Herman and RJ! Y'all made our trip even better.

The pickup and return process was streamlined and very quick and easy. The rental rate was less expensive than Turo and all Alamo employees I dealt with were helpful and respectful from start to finish.

The customer service at the Sanford airport location was amazing. I had to get a manager to get help with my son not having a credit card to rent the vehicle in his name since he would be driving. I wanted to pay for the rental but have him drive. I rented the Wagoneer for my son's wedding. The manager (I believe her name was Jessica) was extremely helpful. When I returned the vehicle she recognized me and came up to me and asked how the wedding was. This type of personal service is not typical and was extremely nice. I will definitely use this Alamo location again and recommend it to anyone who has rental car needs.
