Total scam! I've been ordering from Ali for over 6 years and they've taken a complete nosedive! They used to protect their buyers but now AliExpress has become the scammer. "Choice" items are protected and guaranteed, fast shipping, refund in 30 days if no delivery. I placed a $200 order, all Choice items, It's been nearly 45 days and still no order yet they refuse to refund me! No idea where my package is! Choice items are guaranteed by AliExpress, not the seller. They've become just as fraudulent as the scam artists they host! The photo below is just one of MANY, since you have to file a claim per item and I ordered LOADS. They are not stuck in customs. On their site it says awaiting flight. USPS says the tracking # is expired?!?
The seller authorized a refund weeks ago because my Order ID: ************** was lost at an airport with no tracking updates since November 9th! AliExpress is going out of business & no longer issues refunds or delivers orders! AS well, they no longer have a customer service department!

Purchased 2 smartphones that were supposed to work with US carriers. They did not. Contacted seller but seller was argumentative. So I initiated return thru Aliexpress platform. They provided prepaid return label. Aliexpress refunded only 1 phone, refused to refund 2nd phone. Tracking confirms delivered. Returned both phones in same packaging (as they were originally shipped). Even after several reconsiderations, they still refuse to refund full purchase price. Now trying to resolve thru Paypal and my credit card company, but Aliexpress is trying to oppose. This company is absolutely criminal.

I ordered 2 ea 8 foot ladders. They sent a 3.6 ounce package. I complained I had not received the ladders and showed proof from the post office to Aliexpress of what I received. They quit responding. Beware, be very scared.

Purchased an Aqara smoke detector which constantly disconnects from a genuine Aqara Hub gen2. I have many other sensors connected to the hub which have never disconnected. I supplied lots of logs to show how many times the detector disconnects. I supplied a video to show the position of the hub to the sensor. Aliexpress sided with the seller and refused my return request. They never offered any sort of solution so I'm stuck with a faulty smoke detector which is untrustworthy.
Absolutely rubbish customer service so have deleted my account. I will also delete my Lazada account in Thailand as its owned by the same company.
I got a reply when I left a review on Trustpilot but it was just standard saying I had deleted my account so they couldn't contact me. Well if they had read my review they would see I told them I had done that.
If they actually cared they have my email address.

I ordered a piece of furniture from AliExpress that was never delivered. I have had no luck being reimbursed. The tracking number for FedEx I was informed went to a different address and receiver but they couldn't provide me with that private information. The missing shipment weighed 17lbs, a far cry from my 143lb bookshelf that I paid for. Please do not be another victim of AliExpress or Alibaba which I was informed are the same.

I recently purchased a TENS device that's worn on the temples and is supposed to have a relaxing effect due to an electrical current sent to the brain. The device is called a "head massager" (remember the English name) and the seller's ad is in English on their website. I received the device, but all 6 pages of instructions are in Chinese, and there are no English instructions available online! When you turn on the device (an on/off button), it speaks, and each time you press the button, a Chinese female voice is heard. So, I don't know how to safely operate this device (electricity to the brain). The seller offers a poorly translated instruction page (instead of the original 6 pages) and asks me to download a translator to understand what the device is saying! After opening a dispute, the seller offered a 20% refund. I refuse (I have proof), but Aliexpress refunds me 20% without my consent! Aliexpress agrees with the seller on every count and even refuses the appeal! Be careful! Aliexpress will always refuse to admit that there are bad sellers on its site! Aliexpress prefers to turn a blind eye and punish the customer! A small customer like me has no chance against this organization that protects scammers! If you buy from Aliexpress, sooner or later you will be scammed and this organization will definitely abandon you! P.S. When you write a bad review of Aliexpress, they always reply that you will be contacted by email, but in the end, you can rest assured that they will never revoke their decision! Buy from countries that respect the laws!

Recently, I purchased a product from an Aliexpress seller, which is supposed to regrow hair. This product claims to contain adenosine. After a while, I noticed that my hair and that of many other customers are not growing, according to the reviews. This product seems to be a scam. I then noticed on the Aliexpress website that the reviews of supposed customers from October 31 and November 1,2024 are all done in the same way: all the men post before and after photos of their hair as well as bottles of the product as if it were an advertisement. It is still an incredible coincidence that all these men around the world all posted positive reviews on the same day made in the same way! I first submitted the situation to Aliexpress customer service who confirmed to me that indeed it is very strange and that the seller will be punished. I am also told that this situation is being taken very seriously and this information is being escalated to a higher level. Two weeks later, I notice that the seller is continuing his scheme with impunity. I contact customer service again who ask me for a video: a video of my hair not growing?! How could I provide a video, am I being made fun of and protecting a scammer? I open a dispute and Aliexpress asks me for a video again! Since I cannot comply with this ridiculous request, Aliexpress refuses to refund me and lets this store continue to scam customers with impunity. Attention! Aliexpress prefers to protect scammers rather than the customer!
On November 25,2024, I purchased from Aliexpress a device claiming to be laser that treats and cures nail fungus. When I received the device, I noticed in the instructions that it is only a UV/LED nail dryer. There is no question of laser or mushroom treatment at all. Still, like an idiot, I used the device for 10 minutes twice a day for 6 weeks with no results! I then asked Aliexpress for a refund. They then ask me for information as well as a mandatory video within 24 hours. I provide all the information and without any surprise 5 days later, I receive a total refusal. I have no surprise about Aliexpress's response to letting unscrupulous sellers rip off customers.
The seller continues to clearly display that the device is for this: "Nail Fungus Laser Treatment Device Repair Toenail Fingernail Anti Infection Onychomycosis Cure Ingrown Fungal Laser Equipment".
In reality, it's a nail dryer and Aliexpress, in his email of February 8,2025 sent to my attention they wrote this: "Your evidence is insufficient, and we are unable to compensate you. We will shut down this service". In other words, Aliexpress sees no problem with a seller mystifying customers!
Updated February 9,2025: Aliexpress has just responded that it will check this situation and respond to me within 5 days. As soon as I receive the response from Aliexpress, I will post it on this site and elsewhere so that as many people as possible can see the result!
Updated on February 15,2025: On February 14,2025, Aliexpress wrote me this: "We found you have issue with order XXXXXXXXXX947577.Please provide a video that can show your issue clearly, we will process your case as soon as possible. Please add your video as attachment and reply this email within 24 hours.Please provide the video to both the seller and us."
I have already provided a video, complete information, photos, images, but it will never be enough for Aliexpress. Here is proof that you should never engage in the Aliexpress process spiral because they will continue to protect the scammer anyway!
I will now request a chargeback from Visa!
AliExpress has been ignoring me for 2 months regarding dispute #[*******]. Despite providing all necessary evidence, they refuse to respond or resolve the issue.
I ordered a graphics card, but the seller sent a completely different and non-functional product. I provided detailed photos and videos proving this, yet AliExpress has done nothing to protect my rights as a buyer. Instead, they actively shield fraudulent sellers by ignoring legitimate complaints.
If my funds are not refunded soon, I will escalate the matter by contacting my payment provider and local consumer protection authorities to take further action against their business operations.
